It is not unknown for newbies (or careless customers) to accidentally purchase the wrong product, especially if you sell lots of similar looking items. (Or they may try paying the sub-panel of a multi-panel vendor rather than clicking it). CONFIRM EACH PURCHASE WITH CUSTOMER: Yes

Next time a customer buys a product from that vendor, they’ll be asked (via a Second Life dialog menu) to confirm that they’re sure they know what they’re buying. If they answer “no”, their money will be refunded and the sale cancelled.

Note, this also works if they are buying for a friend — the confirmation menu will also confirm the recipient and will look like this:

Please note that this function is not yet available on catalogue vendors, only on regular vendor types.

Always remember to save the ‘_config’ notecard, click the vendor and choose “Reset”
from the menu to reload it and apply any changes you’ve made once you’re done.
